6. Subscription Plans and Payments

We offer subscription tiers:

Starter (Free): 3 AI Influencer, 50 credits/month, watermarked images
Creator ($19/mo): 5 AI Influencers, 200 credits/month, no watermarks, scheduling, auto-posting
Pro ($49/mo): 20 AI Influencers, 500 credits/month, priority support

For paid subscriptions:

Payments are processed securely through Stripe
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
You may cancel your subscription at any time
Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy (14-day money-back guarantee)
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
Credit add-on purchases are non-refundable but never expire

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INFLYU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
