At Inflyu, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you're not happy with our service for any reason, we'll provide a full refund—no questions asked.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase
  • You are requesting a refund for your first subscription with Inflyu
  • You have not previously received a refund from Inflyu

3. What Is Refundable

✓ Refundable

  • Monthly subscription payments (within 14 days)
  • Annual subscription payments (within 14 days)
  • Upgrade payments (within 14 days of upgrade)

✗ Non-Refundable

  • Credit add-on purchases (extra generation credits)
  • Payments made more than 14 days ago
  • Second or subsequent subscription purchases

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these simple steps:

  1. Email us at support@inflyu.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email and the reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve)
  3. We'll respond within 1-2 business days to confirm your refund

5. Processing Time

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • Your bank may take an additional 5-10 business days to reflect the refund on your statement

6. After Your Refund

Once your refund is processed:

  • Your subscription will be immediately cancelled
  • You will lose access to premium features
  • Your account will revert to the free Starter plan
  • Any AI influencers and content you created will remain in your account

7. Subscription Cancellation

If you simply want to cancel your subscription (without a refund):

  • Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing
  • Click "Cancel Subscription"
  • You'll retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation

8. Chargebacks

We kindly ask that you contact us directly for refunds rather than initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks incur additional fees and may result in your account being suspended. We're committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly.
